At Karna Foods, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery timelines depend on several factors including product availability, your location, and the courier partner’s delivery schedule in your area.

• Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Orders (India): Delivery typically takes between 7 to 15 business days, including order processing and dispatch.

  • International Orders: Delivery may take between 7 to 25 days, depending on destination and customs clearance procedures in your country.

• Delivery Availability:

  • Most courier partners operate from Monday to Saturday. Deliveries may be delayed if Sundays or public holidays fall within your delivery window.

  • If your location falls in an unserviceable area, we may request you to arrange a self-pickup from the nearest courier office.

• Shipping Charges:

  • Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Delivery Address & Attempts:

  • Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • If you’re unavailable during the first attempt, two additional delivery attempts will be made on subsequent days.

  • Couriers typically deliver between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you’re not available, please ensure someone else is present to accept the package on your behalf.

• Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS.

  • You’ll be notified again once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number so you can monitor its status via the “Track Order” section on our website.

• If Your Package Shows as Delivered but Can’t Be Found:

  • Check if someone else (family member, neighbor, security, or office reception) received it.

  • Wait until the end of the day—sometimes packages are marked “delivered” slightly ahead of actual delivery.

  • If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our Customer Service within 3 business days of the marked delivery date. Unfortunately, we may not be able to assist with issues reported after this time.
