An unboxing video is mandatory to process any request related to missing or incorrect products. Please ensure the video is clear and recorded from the moment the package is opened.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided for complaints raised more than 5 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds will not be applicable if the product has not been stored as per the recommended storage conditions.
Taste preferences are subjective, and therefore no refund or exchange will be entertained based on the taste of the product.
